Services have continued to remain stable while under close observation since last update, and normal traffic levels have been maintained.
If you are still without connectivity, please turn off your router and ONT for 2-3 minutes before powering back on, before lodging a fault with our team.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused to impacted customers, and expect to announce planned maintenance in the coming days through this status page.
