Network has continued to remain stable since last night.
A video update has been posted on the “News” section on our website and social media, and further information will become available here, and through normal channels once full investigations have concluded.
If you are without connectivity, please please turn off your ONT for 10 minutes before powering back on, as well as restarting (not resetting) your router.
We sincerely and deeply regret the inconvenience caused to our customers as a result of the disruption of connectivity services this week.
