During approximately 10:06 ~ 10:12 this morning, customers in the Hamilton area will have experienced a brief interruption to service, due to a datacentre experiencing an interruption to facility power, impacting our network equipment.
Investigations are underway with the datacentre as to root cause.
This issue was opened retrospectively.
