As part of the maintenance and upkeep of our network, under advice by our network vendor, we will be performing firmware updates to various network elements, including customer terminating equipment such as BNGs, during this advised window.
While these updates take place, customers can expect brief periods of reduced connectivity, no connectivity, or less preferable network paths being used.
