As a result of Chorus upgrade maintenance work conducted under CRQ000614274850 (notified to affected customers on 24/09), we are aware of customers experiencing disruption to Hyperfibre services, or services delivered on Chorus Type 110 or Type 210 ONTs.
If you are experiencing an interruption to connectivity this morning after this maintenance work, to restore connectivity, please power cycle the ONT if affected. If this doesn’t restore connectivity, please advise our team by raising a fault.
Chorus are aware and investigating.
