As part of TFF’s acquisition of the Unison fibre network, migrations of UFB connections into TFF’s systems are required to be performed.
This may cause a brief interruption to customers on Unison fibre connections, between 9am-10am on the 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th of May, while migration activities are undertaken.
While we expect any interruptions to be minimal, in the unlikely scenario you are without service for more than 30 minutes, please attempt to turn off and back on your router before reaching out to our support team for assistance.
